DUBLIN, IRELAND 21 November 2007 - Enda Riney has been appointed Country Chairman for Chevron (Ireland) Ltd, best known for its Texaco brand. He succeeds Declan McAndrew who has decided to take early retirement after 34 years with Chevron (Ireland) Ltd (previously Texaco Ireland Ltd). Regional Sales Manager, Brendan Murray has also opted to retire after 37 years with the firm and is succeeded by Paul Herbert, formerly Authorised Distributor Manager for Ireland.
Riney joined the then Texaco Ireland in 1977 and over the last thirty years has held a number of management roles covering wholly-owned and joint venture fuel terminals in the UK and Ireland. He was appointed in 2005 to his current role as Manager, Terminals Europe for Chevron, responsible for the company’s fuel storage facilities in the UK, Ireland and the Canary Islands, Spain.

Riney was born and educated in Dublin and is a Civil Engineering graduate of University College Dublin. He is married with three children and his hobbies include golf, fishing, tennis and travel.
